Emons building cleaning has been around for over 40 years, now in its third generation. With around 180 employees, Emons is the largest building cleaning company in Solingen. In addition to classic cleaning services, the company offers specialized services such as facade cleaning, graffiti removal, mold remediation, and disinfection services .
Although Emons had already worked with software solutions, a large part of its processes was still manual – timesheets were handwritten, and material orders were processed manually. “We had tried to digitalize with the last service provider. But there were some problems that unfortunately couldn't be implemented the way we wanted,” Dominik Clasen recalls.
