What surcharges are paid for night work?

The surcharge for night work is: 30%
Night work is subject to surcharges. The night surcharge is calculated based on the hourly wage. If multiple surcharges apply, only the highest one is to be paid. For more information, see: Surcharges in the Cleaning Industry

Additional points:

1. Overtime, night, Sunday, and public holiday work that is absolutely necessary for operational reasons can be ordered by the employer.
2. Any further extension of working hours is only permissible in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Working Hours Act.

Points 1 & 2 do not apply to minors.
